I am grooving totally on Sparkpeople. It has replaced fitday, which I thought was cool. But Sparkpeople is actually easier to use even though it has a lot more stuff.
I could see myself getting toally addicted to that, as if I need another computer addiction...heh, heh.
But tht could prove to be a healthy one.
Seeing how my food breakes down and adds up really inspires me to eat better. Go me.
Now I have to drink some water, since it keeps track of that as well.
There is something counterintuitive about sitting at the computer to help you lose weight and get fit. Like, I was lighter and fitter before I stated sitting at the computer so much.
But I think this will be a good thing, especially if I get it down to a manageable routine of recording stuff, and take advantage of some of the fun stuff and support.
